A beautiful chain link necklace from the Victorian (ca1880s) era!Crafted in sterling silver, this chain is exceptionally long at 60". Comprised of a series of double links that form an attractive interlocking pattern. The rings that form chaineach arepinched together at one side, forming a "V" shape. Delicate silver beadwork accentsthe links, adding intrigue to the design. The necklace slips on easily once or twice overhead, and can be further layered using itslarge spring ring marked "STG 925". The wonderful design would look lovely with a complementary locket or hanging from the center. A versatile everydaypiece, it would make a stylishaddition to any collection!
Measurements: The entire length of the chain measures 60" long, and at the widest point it measures 3/16" thick.
Condition: The chain is in overall excellent condition. Besides normal surface wear, there is no apparent damage to the sterlinglinks or beadwork accents. The clasp fastens securely and is in good working condition.
